I’ve having really bad anxiety about climate change and it’s making my depression worse. I can’t stop thinking about it. Like the end of the world feels so close and no one is doing anything to stop it. I’m just one person and I feel so overwhelmed and I just want to die. Idk how to cope with this.

plenty of people are working away to stop it. the end of the world is never as close as you think; the good in humans and the strength of the world are greater than anyone can conceive of, i think.
you don’t have to do anything. we’ll all grow to see a world we want to be in. we just have to keep going for now, and where needed distract ourselves. bury yourself in whatever keeps you hopeful and avoid the news. we’ve got to trust that everything will be okay.

Men please wake up. Any woman on here that has you pay for Snapchat, videos or pics really doesn’t want anything they say they do. To them it is about the money.
